About Kelron Harry
Kelron Harry has dedicated his life to Christian ministry and service. He has a special heart for the people of the Caribbean and has spent a significant portion of his career working in that region. He has often taken on multiple roles simultaneously, putting his skills to work and supporting the people of the Caribbean with everything from education to disaster relief.
Before beginning his formal ministry, Kelron Harry spent several years studying theology and other relevant topics to prepare himself. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the Caribbean Nazarene Theological College in Santa Cruz, Trinidad. During his studies there, Kelron also concentrated on education psychology and human resource management, giving him some practical skills he has applied throughout his various professional roles.
From 2003 to 2023, Kelron Harry was the Senior Pastor at Arnos Vale Church of the Nazarene in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. In this role, Kelron led weekly worship services, prepared sermons, offered pastoral care and counseling to the church and local community, and helped develop multiple outreach plans.
In 2009, Kelron Harry chose to further his education. He spent two years earning his Master of Arts in Theology from Melbourne College of Divinity in Australia. Just a couple of years later, he took on an additional role as a Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) National Director. He helped to launch children’s Bible clubs in 40 schools across the island of St. Vincent. Additionally, he helped to organize training and manage budgets for the program while overseeing the team and day-to-day operations, tasks where his training in human resources management proved to be valuable. While serving in this role, Kelron also earned a diploma in Children’s Ministries from the Children’s Ministry Institute in Warrenton, MO.
One of the things that has characterized Kelron Harry’s entire career is a passion for helping people in need. While still working with CEF and pastoring his church, Kelron also served as the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Coordinator for the Caribbean Field. Based out of the Church of the Nazarene in Panama City, Kelron helped to develop training programs for other compassionate coordinators across the Caribbean. This ministry was designed to prepare people to respond to any disasters or major emergencies in the region. In addition to leading training initiatives, Kelron also helped to prepare budgets for the various programs under his oversight.
Another of Kelron Harry’s significant roles involved working as the Church of the Nazarene’s Windward Island District Superintendent. This role involved providing guidance to 16 churches within the Nazarene denomination across St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia and Grenada. He helped to navigate conflicts and leadership challenges, increased collaboration and communication efforts, organized outreach programs, and developed multiple strategic plans for the region. He loved getting to help the Nazarene church grow and thrive in this Caribbean region.
Clearly, Kelron Harry is passionate about helping people and sharing his faith. He is a skilled motivational speaker who has prepared numerous sermons, lectures, and presentations throughout his career.
